Dubai, UAE – We’re excited to be working with Taaleem at the newly opened Dubai British School (DBS) Mira, a great new addition to the Mira Oasis 2 community. DBS Mira opened its doors in August 2025, welcoming over 700 students from FS1 to Year 6, with plans to expand up to Year 13 in the future. As one of the newest British schools in Dubai, DBS Mira is already making a positive impact for families in the area.
Supporting healthy eating in Dubai schools

Our school meal program at DBS Mira offers a variety of freshly prepared hot and cold meals, snacks, and drinks, all made daily in our central kitchens. Our menus are put together by our in-house nutritionist, Kanika Hughes, to suit the needs of Dubai students, including options for vegetarian, vegan, and allergy-friendly diets.
